WEST AFRICA—ONCE I WAS BLIND (part 2)

Tim Keesee follows missionaries into West Africa to see how          the Gospel is advancing from village to village.

 

Ladies Bible Study will continue their study of the book of Hebrews this Tuesday night, January 16, at 6:45PM.

Do you have leftover Christmas cards?  Would you like to recycle the fronts of cards you received this year?  We can use them for putting personal notes in our 2024 OCC shoeboxes.  Bring them in to Bethany any time this month.

The first Ladies Crafting Afternoon is this coming Saturday from 2PM until 5PM.  All ladies grade 3 and above are welcome to attend.  You can bring your own crafting activity to enjoy while fellowshipping with other ladies or you can participate in one of the craft projects we will be working on for our Operation Christmas Child boxes.  This month, we are doing projects with pony beads as well as creating decorative lid liners for the shoeboxes, writing notes, and wrapping shoeboxes. You are also welcome to bring a snack to share if you would like to. See Bethany Henry with any questions.

The next Seasoned Saints luncheon is coming up.  On Tuesday, January 25, our seasoned saints will meet around the tables for a delicious lunch and a time of fellowship.  Those of an appropriate age will not want to miss this opportunity!

Our Annual Congregational Business Meeting will take place on Sunday, February 4, following a potluck dinner at 5:30PM.  Each family should bring enough food to feed their family plus a couple of extra people.  All members are strongly encouraged to attend and other regular attenders are welcome to come and observe.

It’s time to update the church directory.  We ask that everyone complete an information sheet, so we can make sure all information is up-to-date.  If you have out-of-town family members who are in the directory, please complete one for them also.  Please submit all information by Sunday, February 11.
