Ladies Bible Study will not meet this week.  The study of Isaiah will resume on October 22 at 6:45 PM.

 

We need your help on Saturday, starting at 9AM, at the 1792 North Parkway property.  We will be working on emptying the building of the remaining items.  Much of it is items needing to be carried out to a dumpster.  Many hands make light work!

We had a great time packing shoeboxes for 2 to 4 year old children yesterday.  We were able to fill 263 boxes.  If you missed out, you’ll want to mark your calendar for the second Operation Christmas Child packing party on Saturday, November 2.  We will focus on 10 to 14 year old children at that party.  All ages are welcomed as we prepare these Gospel Opportunities to be sent out in November. We are about half way to fully funding the shipping.  You can give through the offering by marking your check or envelope for OCC.

 

The October Friday Fellowship, for those too old for DoorKeepers and too young for Seasoned Saints, will take place on Friday evening, October 18, 7PM.  We will meet for a potluck meal and fellowship. An on-line sign-up sheet is available at www.perfectpotluck.com.  Coordinator name is henry and password is friday.

 

The next DoorKeepers activity will take place at Putt-Putt Golf & Games on Saturday, October 19, 3 to 6 PM.  Parents, please plan to both drop off and pick up your young people in grades 7 through 12 at that location.  Young people come prepared for some fun, friendly competition.
