There are no evening activities today.
Ladies, the
September Crafting Day almost passed us by!
Join us this Saturday, September 6, 1 to 4 PM for a fun afternoon of
fellowship and creating crafts for our OCC shoeboxes. You can also bring your own project and just
enjoy being together. Feel free to bring
a snack to share if you’d like to.
Do you know some young people
who would benefit from studying the Bible together with other young people?
AWANA begins for the 2025-26 year next Sunday evening, September 7. For age 2 through grade 12, this club offers
Bible study, Scripture memory, fun games, and discipleship.
Ladies Bible Study will
resume for the fall semester on September 9.
They will be studying the second part of the book of Isaiah with the
Precept study. Dr. and Mrs. Jim Allman will be their special guests on this opening
evening. Ladies, if you haven’t already
purchased your book, now is the time!
See Donna LaCroix if you have questions.

doing around the world through simple shoebox gifts and how you can be a part
this year!
Operation Christmas Child
preparations are swinging into full gear this month. Our first packing party of the season takes
place, Saturday, September 27, from 1 to 4PM.
We plan to pack 400 boxes for 2 to 4 year old children. Many hands make light work. We hope you will all plan to attend. Whether you can pack one box or twenty, your
help is moving the Gospel to the ends of the earth. A second packing party will be held on
November 1 from 10AM to 2PM to pack 500 boxes for 10 to 14 year old children.
MISSIONS MOMENT
Todd and Erika Carroll in
Brazil share these praises and prayer requests:
--Praise for safety, team
unity, and spiritual unity on Erika and Julie’s trip to North Africa
--Please pray for Todd. As Erika was in Africa, he received results
of a skin biopsy on his scalp showing that he had a basal cell carcinoma. He had it removed, but it got infected. It was a large area. Then, after the stitches were removed, his
wound opened up and now he has a crater in his scalp that needs to be healed. Please pray for no more complications.
--Pray for the course we are
writing and teaching about the Theology of Suffering and Missionary Resilience.
It has been a blessing, but we have seen that the enemy is furious about how
the Lord is moving. Pray for wisdom, endurance, and protection.
