Ladies Bible Study is meeting on Tuesday evenings at 6:45 and studying the second part of the book of Isaiah with the Precept study. It’s not too late to join in. See Donna LaCroix if you have questions.

We are planning a DoorKeepers activity for Saturday, October 18.  It will probably be bowling, Putt-Putt, or Top Golf.  If you have children that age or if you are involved in teaching the teens, please let Bethany Henry know if you/your children will be able to attend and what their preferences would be.

 

MISSIONS MOMENT with Calvary Rescue Mission

 

It is an exciting time at Calvary Rescue Mission since we opened the Batty Hatcher Memorial Chapel on July 3^rd.  Men are coming into the chapel early to pray, read their Bibles, and prepare their hearts to hear from God’s Word.  Each night the men are singing out loudly and responding to the Lord’s call to follow Him. It is wonderful to hear the men praise our Lord and sing out praises to Him, but the real joy comes from seeing their lives changed once they surrender to God’s will and follow Him. 

Needs: Please pray for our supply of the following: ground beef, coffee, individual snacks and chips, white bath towels, deodorant, bar soap and smaller-waisted work pants, any length.
