Closing Hymn O Come, Let Us Adore Him
There will be no evening activities today as we spend time with our families this holiday week.
We have received cards and Christmas greetings from many of our missionaries. You can see them on the bulletin board in the hallway.
Ladies, mark your calendars. The study of Isaiah will continue starting on January 13. Dr. Allman will be sharing with us on that evening about the coming chapters and what to expect in this final section of Isaiah.
COMING EVENTS
Sunday, January 4, 5PM AWANA resumes
Tuesday, January 13, 6:45PM Ladies Bible Study resumes
MISSIONS MOMENT George & Sarah Ekstrom, CEF (retired)
Thank you for your support and prayers.
Sarah had to cancel her total knee replacement surgery because of an infection in her other leg after having a biopsy. It is slowly healing, and her primary care physician said it might take another month for it to heal completely from the inside out. The PCP said she would have to go through the process of getting cleared for surgery by her cardiologist and primary care doctor again if it’s over 30 days past the originally scheduled surgery date.
The Methodist church’s Carpenter’s Helpers ministry came and built a ramp for us from the driveway to the front porch, which will help tremendously after the knee surgery!
CEF of NE TN has been busy training people to share the Gospel and teach Good News Clubs. They have had several new clubs to start. They also are having Christmas party clubs. Pray for more schools to open up for clubs.
