doing, connect with other shoebox packers in the area, and learn more about the
countries our shoeboxes were sent to this year. There will be food and
activities based on those countries. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to heartforocc@gmail.com.

MISSIONS UPDATE: Todd & Erika Carroll in
Brazil—Here’s a glimpse at Erika’s perspective on a busy weekend: ”We had a
special time at the JUVEP Seminary. First, we started the day praying about our
trip to North Africa and making some plans. Todd spent part of the morning
mentoring some students and making some footage for a ministry video we will
share soon. Then we all went to the worship service, which is always a
blessing. We attended some classes. We left a little bit after 6pm to pick up
Julie at the youth meeting in a nearby church. They had so much fun that we
stayed there until 8pm. On Sunday I was asked to share about Women in Missions
at a Baptist Congregation called Recanto do Poço. It was such an honor to be
there, sharing about what I love.”
